Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service contain important information for you as the client, to know and understand. It your responsibility to understand these ToS fully before agreeing to them.
AGE;
Clients must be over 18 years of age to order artwork, or 14 years of age with written parental consent. Clients may be asked to prove parental consent.

QUOTES AND PRICING;
The studio is NOT always open for fursuit quotes, please check our front page to see if we are open. To obtain a quote, please complete the Fursuit Quote form. You will be contacted by the studio with a price. This quote will remain valid for up to 6 months but may change after that time. Getting a quote DOES NOT automatically put you in the queue. PAYMENT;
If your project is accepted, a non-refundable deposit of 30% must be made up front. This deposit will be used to purchase supplies for the upcoming project, and you will be added to the queue. The buyer is responsible for the final cost of shipping, and your suit will not be shipped out until it has been paid in full. Payment plans may be available for larger projects with no less than $100 paid per month. Suit must be fully paid before it is shipped out. Payment is accepted via paypal only.

DEADLINES/WAIT TIMES;
Projects with a deadline are not typically accepted. Fullsuits can take up to 12 months to complete, and smaller parts 3-6 months after beginning. Your project will begin after others in the queue. You may not pester the studio for WIPs and updates. If there is something to show, you can find WIPs on our Twitter and Instagram accounts. Do not expect to hear news every day. You can also keep track of your spot in the queue by viewing the studio’s Trello. Fursuit making takes a long time and a lot of work, and there won’t always be something new to show you. Do not email the studio asking for updates. We will update you when we are ready. It is acceptable to ask for updates if you have not heard anything/seen anything on our social media for one month.

COMMUNICATION;
The studio may not always have time to respond to comments and small talk. We will not reply to small talk messages that have “hi” or “how are you”. Do not take it personally, we just have a lot of things to do! Messages should be used for business discussions only. Try our personal social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, etc) if you are looking for casual chatting.

REFERENCES;
You must have a complete 3-view reference for your character. If you need one, our studio’s concept artists can make one for you once you are accepted into the queue.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDs;
Your deposit is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. If you decide to cancel your commission, a refund will be calculated based on how much work has been done on your suit or you may be sent the raw materials as compensation. The studio reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or inability to communicate in effective English. Depending on the situation, your deposit may be kept and you will be sent the materials bought as compensation. If personal issues come up and the Artist is unable to complete your commission, you will either be issued a refund or another agreement shall be worked out.
